Step # 1: Using the ‘Gantt View’ on the Team Schedule page, look to see who is available. Once you find your opening click the name on the left column, and then select the time slot for the start time.
Step # 2: Now that the team members and time slot is selected, click the green action button in the upper right corner to create a new job record.
Step # 3: Simply fill out the remaining fields on the job record. To make this easier, when you select the customer the address will automatically populate based on the customer record, no need to have to look it up elsewhere. You can add a description of the Job, or you can use saved Job Templates which allow you to specify predefined, common jobs to quickly fill out the new job record. Don’t forget to include any notes needed for this job that the team will need.
