SAAS Sales Development Representative

Dallas, TX

As FieldPulse’s first SDR, you'll be a crucial component of the sales process, making a direct contribution to our success. This is an entry-level sales opportunity that will allow you to be trained in SAAS sales. You'll manage the outbound sales process, reaching out to learn more about potential customers’ businesses, and qualifying new opportunities. We're looking for someone who can engage with prospects and customers, understand their business, and stay organized.


  • Work directly with Account Executives
  • Support VP of Sales 
  • Make 80-100 calls per day
  • Book 15 qualified meetings for the AEs every week
  • Work with SalesForce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Xero, and other various SAAS sales tools
  • Utilize SalesForce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • 1 year sales experience or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate value
  • Highly intelligent, passionate, team player, that is coachable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
  • A tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer (Hunter)
