A Dallas native, I graduated from Texas State and found myself diving head first into customer relationship management. I've had 7+ years cultivating viable customer experience at several tech start ups.

Door.com was where I got my first real 'start up experience.' Devised new processes & procedures for a brand new role and market. Then found myself at Birdeye where I helped develop creative product adoption and renewal strategies. I have a passion for developing customer relationships that help show the value of our product ultimately helping each customer find success.

Outside of busting my chops at FieldPulse, you can find me all around Dallas trying out the latest restaurant, pretending I know how to play tennis or at the lake hanging out with family.
