Built by Operators With Decades of Real Field Experience

Trade Wins was built by Mitch Smedley and David Hilton, two coaches who ran active trades businesses before launching the program. Mitch started his own plumbing company in 2020, crossed $1 million in revenue by year two, scaled to five trucks, and later sold a significant stake before stepping into a limited leadership role. David spent more than 20 years in HVAC — new construction and service work — before stepping back from his own business to coach full-time. The operational playbook behind Trade Wins was built from those businesses while they were still actively running them.
